Executive Coaching

ICF_PC_Stacked_FullColor.png

Executive Coaching is designed for individuals who value process, but want results. You want a mentor who has experience in diverse market and organisational settings (organic and bureaucratic), and you want someone who is smart enough to know when to switch 'appropriately' from coaching to mentoring to consulting (and to know the difference).

You are not frightened of assessment and accountability, however you are ready for the next level of mastery.

Finally, you want someone who will get in, eg quickly establishing your personal coaching framework. To then work hard with you, and then when you are done, they will get out.

Depending on the competence and self awareness of the individual, programs can range from 6 - 12 months. In some cases they may start with a Readiness Assessment, in other cases, they will be pure coaching, based on the most critical issue or opportunity that you or your organisation wants you to work on

Career Coaching

You can demonstrate success in your life and career to date, but in truth, it's been a while since you have felt the true thrill of doing something that has required you to truly be brave.

You are mostly self-aware, and know that when it counts, you can "do what it takes", especially as the world of work is every changing. More and more, you are required to show evidence that you can change with it.

Time is precious, so you need to have a very clear idea of where you are heading, what you need to achieve and how you will manage yourself and your team to achieve your aims.

In addition, being able to manage wider stakeholders in the context of change resulting from the coaching experience can be the key to a smooth transition.

Decision Point Coaching

Team and individual decision-making processes play a pivotal role in achieving critical outcomes.

How do you effectively encourage open discussions and draw out diverse perspectives, allowing team members to tap into their unique experiences and expertise?

The Multiple Brain Intelligence methodology capitalizes on the idea that individuals bring different cognitive styles to the table. By leveraging this diversity, acknowledging and optimising  the multifaceted nature of human intelligence, you feel confident of the rigor taken through logical, emotional and intuitive thinking to make better, and defensible  decisions.

Within the format of a workshop or coaching session, the collateral created, can be used and reused through the life of a project, or particular stage of an individual's career.

This methodology is never specifically requested, yet when feedback is provided, it is noted as the most beneficial.
